Jim Villars has over twenty years of experience in retail real estate including acquisition, leasing, entitlement, development, redevelopment, and disposition. Jim spent 14 years working for the Price Company in the acquisition, entitlement, and construction of warehouse clubs and shopping centers. Jim also served as a Principal with MulvannyG2 Architecture, working exclusively on the Costco account, and directed mid-Atlantic expansion efforts for Commerce Bank while working at Interstate Development. His most recent position was Transaction Manager at CB Richard Ellis / ExxonMobil account. Villars is a 1977 graduate of the University of Cincinnati and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
