Brian Hill graduated from the Boston University School of Management with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with dual concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship. After graduation, Brian worked in Panera Bread’s Corporate Real Estate Department in Needham, Massachusetts. In that capacity, he traveled much of the Northeast United States and Midwest conducting store cannibalization studies.
In 2007, Brian moved to Washington, D.C. to join the Commercial Division of Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc., one of the largest real estate firms on the East Coast. Two years later, Brian founded L&F Retail and Investment Services to fill a lack of targeted services in the retail and investment niche within the Commercial Division.
Brian is focused on representing national and regional retailers and restaurants, landlords, and sellers of investment properties throughout the Washington region. In addition, Brian is in the process of completing his Masters of Real Estate Development and Finance at Georgetown University, is active in the International Council of Shopping Centers and Urban Land Institute.
