Len has been involved in commercial real estate for 30 years starting as an owner of a restaurant business brokerage firm. Len has represented such restaurant chains as: Longhorn Steak House, Morton's Steakhouse, Don Pablo’s, Galileo, Copeland’s, Carlos O’Kelly’s, and the Pargo Restaurant chain. Examples of non-restaurant clients that Len has represented include Kindercare, Apartment Search, PR Partners, Cingular, Shoppers Food Warehouse and Metro Foods, Mail Boxes Etc. and Parcel Plus. Len has a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from the City College of New York.
