David Garson joined Next Realty in 2009. As a Parking Sales Associate at Next Realty, David is responsible for group sales, client relationships, and increasing garage revenue. Prior to Next Realty, David worked at First Industrial Realty Trust, a Chicago-based industrial REIT that buys, sells, leases, develops and manages industrial real estate. At First Industrial, David was a Development Analyst who specialized in underwriting land acquisitions, speculative developments, and built-to-suits to determine pricing and returns. Earlier in his career, David was a Property Underwriter with Zurich North America in Chicago. There he analyzed financial statements, loss history, building/content values, and property management to ensure each client's appropriate risk exposure. David managed twenty accounts worth a total of $5 million in annual premium. David graduated with a BS in Economics from the University of Wisconsin.
