Andrew Hochberg has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. As Managing Principal of Next Realty, he oversees all partnerships, transactions, business development and corporate management. Before forming Next Realty in 1998, Andy served as CEO of Sportmart, a $450 million sporting goods retailer. In previous roles at Sportmart, Andy spearheaded the company's growth from 25 to 70 stores, constructing over two million square feet of space. He also successfully established real estate strategic direction, recruited and trained management at all levels, and managed the company's initial public offering. Andy negotiated Sportmart's merger with Gart Sports, creating the second largest sporting goods retailer in the United States. Gart Sports was ultimately sold to The Sports Authority. Andy earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business and his Juris Doctor from Northwestern University.
