Jeff Leicht joined Next Realty in 2009 as Director of Property Management.
Leicht brings diverse real estate experience to his role, having significant experience in both the retail and residential real estate markets across metropolitan Chicago and the Midwest region. Prior to joining Next, Leicht was Director of Property Management for Pasquinelli/Portrait Homes based in Burr Ridge. He directed all property management and association activities for the home building company's portfolio. Leicht also served in general management and corporate office positions for national and regional shopping center development companies JVJ, Urban Retail Properties, Tucker and Bradley Real Estate.
Leicht is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and holds industry certifications including both Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM). A past licensed Illinois Real Estate Sales person, Leicht is also now pursuing his Illinois Broker License.
