Robert Caplin has over 20 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. Bob joined Next Realty in 2001, following 16 years as a site acquisition specialist with Chicago based Centrum Properties. During his tenure, Centrum acquired and developed commercial real estate valued in excess of $350 million. Bob's real estate development experience includes retail, multi-family, parking structures, and mixed-use projects. Since joining Next, Bob has spearheaded the growth of the parking division. Bob has overseen the acquisition of a portfolio valued at over $200 million dollars of parking related assets, totaling over 8,200 parking spaces in four states and including freestanding and condominium garages, self-park and valet operations, and off-airport facilities.
