Togetherness: Two small firms are combining, as retail real estate investment firm Next Realty, L.L.C. has acquired retail real estte brokerage Wabash Associates, a movie theatre specialist. Andrew Hochberg, managing principal of Next, would not comment on the terms of the acquisition, which includes an "earn out" for Barry Schain, the president of Wabash. Schain will be a managing principal of Next.
