Next Realty Welcomes Consulate of El Salvador To Potomac Festival Shopping Center
McLean, VA (October 31, 2005) – Next Realty is joining Washington-area diplomatic circles as it has signed a lease with the Republic of El Salvador to open a consulate in the Potomac Festival Shopping Center in Woodbridge, VA.
The Central American nation is renting 6,000 square feet for 10 years at Potomac Festival, which is owned by The Rappaport Companies and managed by Next. “We at Next are honored to help El Salvador serve its citizens who have chosen to live, work or pursue their education in the Washington, D.C., area,” commented Rob Meeks of Next Realty.
The consulate opened on Oct. 1, 2005, with a ribbon cutting ceremony that featured Salvadoran President Elias Antonio Saca and Consul General Ana Margarita Chavez.
