Next Realty Mid-Atlantic LLC Represents Morton's The Steakhouse in 8,321 Square-Foot Lease in Annapolis, MD
McLean, VA (DATE, 2007) -- Next Realty Mid-Atlantic LLC represented Morton’s The Steakhouse in a lease transaction for an 8,321-square foot-space in Park Place in downtown Annapolis, Md. The lease term is 15 years.
The new restaurant will be located in Park Place, a 12-acre mixed-used development underway in downtown Annapolis by developer Jerome J. Parks Companies. The restaurant will be located on West Street in the building next to a new Westin Hotel, and is projected to open as early as Fall 2007.
The new location, the chain’s third in Maryland, will complement Morton’s The Steakhouse restaurants in Baltimore and Bethesda, Md., as well as its restaurants in nearby Washington DC and Northern Virginia.
