Next Realty LLC Brings Advocate Health Care to Wilmette Commons.

Northbrook, IL (August 4, 2006) – Next Realty LLC announced today that Advocate Health Care has leased 5,500 square feet of space at Wilmette Commons, a neighborhood shopping center located at the southeast corner of Skokie Boulevard and Old Glenview Road in Wilmette, Ill. In addition, Chase is relocating and expanding from a 2,465-square-foot space to a 4,600-square-foot space at the center.

Based in Oak Brook, Ill., Advocate Health Care is the largest fully integrated not-for-profit health care delivery system in metropolitan Chicago and is recognized as one of the top 10 systems in the United States. Its Wilmette Commons location will provide diagnostic imaging services.

“Advocate Health Care is a prestigious addition to Wilmette Commons and will help bring additional traffic to the center, while meeting an important need for convenient medical services,” said Marc Blum, chief operating officer, Next Realty.

Other tenants in the 35,000-square-foot center include AAA Travel, Palm Beach Tan, Schwartz’s Intimate Apparel, New Vision Optical Boutique, MotoPhoto and Portrait, Fuenfer Jewelers, Love’s Yogurt and Salon Fusion.
