Next Realty and Super Cuts Extend Lease at Sportmart Plaza in Niles, Ill.
Northbrook, IL (April 7, 2005) - Next Realty, LLC, announced today that Super Cuts hair salon has extended its lease by five years at the Sportmart Plaza, 7241 Dempster Avenue, Niles, Ill.
“We are very pleased to continue our relationship with Super Cuts, a quality leader in the hair care industry,” said Next Principal Marc Blum, who represented ownership in the deal.
Super Cuts, headquartered in Minneapolis, Minn., occupies 2,400 of the 120,831 square feet in the Sportmart Plaza at the corner of Dempster and Harlem Avenue, which is 100% occupied.
