Next Realty LLC Facilitates Two New Leases and Extends One at Wilmette Commons
Northbrook, IL (April 13, 2005) – Next Realty, LLC, announced today that it has negotiated leases on behalf of ownership with AAA, Salon Fusion and Schwartz’s Intimate Apparel at Wilmette Commons. The center, which contains 35,000 square feet of retail space, is located at the intersection of Skokie Boulevard and Old Glenview Road in Wilmette, Ill.
The first name in traveler services, AAA, has leased approximately 3,000 square feet at 126 Skokie Blvd. in Wilmette Commons. AAA will open a travel agency and service center for its members this spring.
Salon Fusion also joins Wilmette Commons, occupying 1,725 square feet at 124 ½ Skokie Blvd. in Wilmette Commons. Salon Fusion signed a five-year lease and opened April 1.
A beauty and lifestyle leader on the North Shore, Schwartz’s Intimate Apparel, has extended its lease at Wilmette Commons for six years at 108 Skokie Blvd., Wilmette Commons. The retailer occupies 5,021 square feet of space.
